An Adventure Elopement

Calling all elopers! We want more of THIS! We want to know what brought you together and what you are passionate about. We want to climb mountains with you, have some beers and talk about life with you, carry your dress shoes while you hike to your ceremony spot, and craft a beautiful film that makes you laugh and cry. We want to walk away from this experience thinking, wow, that was a lot of fun, and now we have some new friends!

How lucky we are to say all of these amazing things happened with two really cool people, Dustin and Erika. They wanted a stress-free wedding in a beautiful location, and well, I think they succeeded!

Thanks so much, Erika and Dustin, for having us along, trusting in us, and befriending us! We are so happy to have met you!

Love at Loon Lake- Wedding Highlight Film- Bigfork, MT

Mountain views, a beautiful lake, amazing flowers, warm-hearted people and so much love. That's Sawyer and Carl's big day in a nutshell, and it has left us speechless.

We really enjoyed getting to know their families throughout the day, not to mention, we love a group with a good sense of humor! Goldfinch Events + Design coordinated this wedding without a hitch! And look at that Chuppah...I mean come on!  This family knows what's up when it comes to good food (Bravo Catering=incredibly delicious!) and live music (Mike Murray- so good, check him out!). We were able to use a live recording from their wedding day for the highlight film...how cool is that? We think it's the perfect personal touch!

Thanks to the Evans + Kuschke families for inviting us along! We wish you a lifetime of happiness! Cheers!

Gorgeous Lakeside Ceremony

We were really excited to do the videography for Miranda and Henry along Flathead Lake in Polson, Montana. The private ceremony site was unreal! The details, carefully coordinated by Habitat Events, were incredible, and the day was perfect for the couple.

The food was also fantastic - served by the meticulous Bravo! Catering company. And, we got to work alongside the fabulous photography team of Nicole and Heather of Green Door Photography.

This was a loving crew of skiing-aficionados and lake-lovers.

An Epic Wedding in Missoula

A Missoula Wedding

We were really excited to shoot video for Rachael and Jason's wedding because we had also had the opportunity to shoot her older sister's wedding a few years prior. This family knows how to throw a party! It was a hot day for wedding videography in Montana and there was some looming storm activity that threatened the festivities, but besides some wind, it didn't have any negative effect on the celebration.

After the ceremony at St. Francis Xavier Church, the party started at Canyon River and didn't end til the wee hours. Rachael and Jason were overflowing with love, which was really sweet to see. This is a large family, and an extended family of friends who made this particular wedding truly epic. Their DJ kept the music pumping! And between the music, the light show, and the photo booth, the guests were well entertained.

Montana weddings can be a challenge in the heat, but we drink tons of water throughout the day. Part of being a videographer is to be well-prepared for anything, which is why we have a lot of backup equipment.

It was a wild reception to the reverent ceremony and it was nice that the bride and groom asked us to have a drink at the end of the night. The sunset over Missoula that night was spectacular and lent itself nicely to a little time-lapse, as well. Total bonus!

It was a pleasure working alongside our friends, Nicole and Heather at Green Door Photography, and with Habitat Events

An Emotional Day in Whitefish

An Emotional Day in Whitefish

As Western Montana wedding videographers, we often find ourselves wrapped up in the emotions of the day. Mary and Zeke's Whitefish wedding at Grouse Mountain Lodge was no exception. Between tears and laughs, these two lovebirds celebrated their nuptials between bursts of sun, wind, and rain throughout the day. We loved working with them to capture sweet memories.

There were special considerations on this particular wedding, since it was raining off-and-on throughout the day. We utilize special clamps with added reticulating arms to hold small umbrellas over our cameras!

We also had some fun working along side one of our favorite area photographers, Lindsey Jane. Wedding videography can be tricky business with multiple camera set-ups, so we love it when we jibe well with the photographer, trading shots and ideas, ebbing and flowing with each other throughout the day. Working around the movements of the photography team is an art unto itself!
