LABOR - Day Rate (10-hour day, portal-to-portal)

$750/10

Overtime calculated per standard pay roll OT rates

6th Day: 1.5xhr

7th Day: 2x hr

PACKAGE GEAR RENTAL:

$350/day

Includes:

(1) exterior boom with shotgun mic and windjammer (416, CS3e, or CSM1)

(1) interior mic (CMC641 or MKH50)

(2) wireless lav mics (Sanken, DPA, Countrymen into Lectrosonics wireless)

(2) Timecode sync boxes and cables for camera (Ultrasync Ones)

(2) Sennheiser G4 camera hop with XLR or 1/8”

Basic dry-erase dumb slate

GEAR - A LA CARTE (each)

IFB TX/RX : $60 for 1 transmitter/receiver kit per day, $30 each additional receiver (Lectro R1A or Comtek)

Extra Timecode Sync Boxes: $25 per day

Timecode Slate: $75 per day

Extra Wireless Scratch (Camera Hop): $50 per day, mic level

Additional lavalier microphone kit: $100 per day per set-up

Expendables: $75 per week on projects longer than 5 days (covers tape, stickies, batteries)

Cabling and Grip: additional fees may apply on projects requiring extensive cabling or mic-stands, such as live music or performances. Inquire within.

Travel Day: half-day rate for travel exceeding 1 hour one-way travel time

TERMS

Payment: All invoices are due Net-15 unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• Add-Ons: Any day-of add-ons required by Producer, Director or DP will be billed from a la carte list above, unless otherwise negotiated ahead of time.

• Late fee: Overdue invoices are subject to a 2% late fee per month.

• Cancellation: 50% kill fee due if cancelled within 48 hours. 100% if within 24 hours.

• Travel: All travel expenses (visas, carnets, air, hotel, parking, etc.) are paid by production.

• Insurance: Insurance certificate for Rented & Leased Equipment must be issued by production listing Arrowroot Productions, LLC as Additional Insured for Third Party Property.

• Loss & Damage: Production assumes all responsibility for any lost or damaged items rented during the term of the shoot. Production is responsible for paying the insurance deductible if claim is to be filed.
